Truly a home away from home! The house was perfect for our family gathering and birthday celebration dinner. From the spacious patio with seating for all and well maintained BBQ to all the amenities in the house, the owners have provided a welcoming place to stay. Even the kitchen had everything we needed. Stay for CU Boulder Graduation

Great stay at Grey House - house had everything we needed, was very clean, comfortable and an easy drive to CU Boulder campus, Denver and Red Rocks. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful backyard with covered patio to sit with coffee and a book and enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend!

Off to the zoo from this home

This was a wonderful property. we had 6 adults and a 4 year old and we stayed to visit the zoo for our granddaughters 4th birthday. Ample room for everyone. we loved breakfast and dinner in the back yard and the little one loved the bunny that came to visit every day and the squirrels that would stop by too. would highly recommend.

Awesome location!

The property had a great location 20 min to Denver and 20 min to Boulder with easy on/off to 36. House was very nice and comfortable with a nice backyard. Bonus was two very cute baby foxes that were living in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice, comfortable home in a good location to get to Denver, Boulder and more. The outdoor space was an added bonus for our group to relax in the morning and end of the day. The home also has what you need to make some nice meals and memories.

This was our second stay at gray house and we’ll most likely be back!! This rental is spotless and well equipped. Travis was readily available and answered all of our questions promptly. The back porch and yard were awesome to hang out in the evening. Also available are games for all ages. We used many of them. Full size washer/dryer and all appliances. Great Getaway Weekend

From the moment we drove up the driveway, we knew we'd made the right choice for a rental. Decorated in calming colors and super cute, we felt right at home. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, we had ample time to see unique attractions in the Denver area. Several restaurants are close by so we could order in at night.

Family getaway

Grey House was the perfect spot for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house had all the things we needed plus some. Location was spot on for what we wanted to do - and we had nice weather to boot. We enjoyed the games and puzzles as well as the multiple TV's. Some of the kids even ventured out to the backyard and played in the fresh snow.
