Lots of stairs and super hot in the summer
We stayed July 16-19th. There is NO parking! The reviews say there is street parking but it was always full for the entire 3 days no matter what time of day. We had to park down the street at the retirement center. Please make sure you realize you are ot booking the whole house, it is only part of the house with 5 bedrooms. It is private you are not sharing with the other people but you have to enter on the side of the house and there is a very steep staircase then you have one bedroom and bath then another flight of stairs to the main floor. There is no air conditioning in the bathrooms, hall or kitchen area so I would caution booking in the summer unless you are used to the heat. The bedrooms each have an air conditioning unit but it never got very cold since it was 105 in Denver the weekend when we were there. The place are very nicely decorated beds are comfy but no parking, the stairs, and hot air made it much less enjoyable. Sofia the manager was very sweet and communicated with us very well.
