The house was beautiful and well laid out. There were so many decorative touches that made it elegant and special. We loved the upstairs TV room for playing games and watching movies as well as the downstairs living room where we listened to records by the fire. Beds were comfortable and it was a quick drive to Belleayre Mountain. The kitchen is fully stocked and you can tell that the owners like to cook. We ate at nearby Peekamoose on our drive in which was great. Also had coffees and hot chocolate at Doolittle after skiing and pizza from Oakleys which was good.

Lovely house!

Lovely house with beautiful decor. Stayed here for a wedding weekend with several friends and we had the best time catching up at the kitchen table, listening to records, and enjoying the comfy living room. Would definitely recommend to other and would love to return!

Charming, clean, comfy house close to ski resort

The house is 10’ away from Belleayre. Beautiful, elegant, attention to detail, great family room and overall functional. Our dogs loved the backyard and stayed in the spacious hall. 10mins to Belleayre. We will come back for sure. This is one of those few houses where you feel at home. Exquisite decoration!

Simple and beautiful

This place is stunning. The decor is modest, but the views are 10/10. The fireplace is fantastic! The only trouble I had was with the record player, I had to download the Sonos app and get it linked up. The instructions were well wrote, and helpful…. I just struggle with technology. Overall, super relaxing get away spot for a great little vacation!

Great week in the Catskills

The Denver Farmhouse was a great base camp for our week in the Catskills. It was one of the best-equipped houses we’ve stayed in - dish detergent, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner/bath wash all provided. It was also the cleanest rental home we’ve ever stayed in - loved that it was a shoe-free household. If we come back yo the Catskills, we’ll stay here again!
