Welcome to our lovely and peaceful studio apartment, minutes from the bustling Denver Tech Center area. You’ll be super close to all the restaurants and the light rail station, making it super easy to get around. Plus, you’re just a stone’s throw away from Sky Ridge Hospital, Shea Homes, Kaiser Permanente, Charles Schwab, and Meridian, with Highlands Ranch and Parker just down the road. And hey, Park Meadows, the biggest retail resort in the area, is right there, along with easy access to the I-25, C-470, and E-470 toll road.

Our fully furnished and spotless studio is designed to make you feel right at home. It’s got a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker, Roku Guest box, WiFi internet, an adjustable electric desk that can be both standing and sitting, a microwave, gas range, and oven, disposer, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, a steam washer and dryer, and tons more. Seriously, this is more than just a hotel room; it’s a cozy little home away from home.

Nestled in the quiet, charming, and super-growing Soutneighborhood, our modern studio apartment is the perfect cozy retreat for any occasion.

The apartment has a spacious queen-size bed, a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a microwave. And to make things even easier, we’ve got free street parking spots right next to the apartment, just outside the front door of the unit.

We’ve got a super easy check-in process, with self-check-in options to make things quick and painless! Our apartment is spotless and comes with everything you need for a comfy stay. Plus, we’re happy to provide complimentary coffee, fresh towels, linens, and all the bathroom essentials.

And guess what? We’ve got a new steam washer and dryer in the unit, so you can wash your clothes without any fuss. You’ll also find a bathroom with a tub and a walk-in closet with tons of storage.

Just a heads-up: we’re not allowed to have pets, parties, or smoking in the apartment.

We also have quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM, so please keep the noise down. And please remember to leave all your used towels on the bathroom floor before you leave.

Each reservation includes six fluffy white bath towels, four white hand towels, four white wash cloths, and four blue makeup towels. Winix HEPA air filter and box fan included.
