Great location - especially for events at Empower Field!

Stayed at this flat for a long weekend. We attended a concert at Empower Field and this location made it a quick, easy drive! There are a lot of restaurants and things to do in the area. The property was clean and comfortable. The owners were very responsive to communication. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend this stay to family and friends.

2nd time staying at this location. It is close to National Jewish where we had appointment. Being able to park our rental in the garage is a huge plus. Condo is always very clean and decorated nicely. If there were 2things we would like differently, it would be a more comfortable couch and bed. We are both in our early 70s and for younger renters, it probably doesn't matter. For older people a comfortable bed is important. We would still give it a 10 out of 10!!Thank you,Dave and Sherry

Beautiful Space in a Beautiful Neighborhood

I stayed at this property for 4 nights while in Denver for work. It is tastefully decorated and has quite a bit of natural light for a basement space. While the check-in instructions do seem a bit daunting, I sincerely appreciate the owners dedication to safety. Having a garage was especially nice as street parking can be difficult.

What a cheery, colorful space! The unit had everything anyone could ever need. We lived in the area for decades till moving 11 years ago. The owner and the apt itself made us feel at home and welcome. Great spaces for the three of us. Loved having a garage to park in as well. Thank you Kent!
