Relaxing dog friendly Westminster home in a quiet family neighborhood.
You will have this single-family home all to yourself. This is a great house if you are visiting family in the area, if you plan to visit multiple areas like Denver/Boulder/Golden, or if you are moving to town!
This house is also set-up for longer term stays with a washer/dryer and an office that is perfect for working remote. The house fits a couple with a furry dog friend or a small family. No cats, sorry.
Check-in is 3p and Check-out is 11a.
While you are here enjoy the beautiful maple tree through the large windows in the living room, hang out with your pup in the backyard, or have a fun game night with ping-pong and darts in the basement.
This is an older house with charms like original hardwood flooring that sometimes creaks, but it has been well cared for with many recent updates. All furniture and appliances are new and up to date.
You will have access to:
- 2 bedrooms (1 on main floor, 1 in basement w/stairs to access)
- Upstairs Office: includes Desk & Office Chair
- Main floor living room: includes 32" Smart TV with free Netflix
- Basement game room (stairs to access)
- Full Kitchen: Oven, microwave, toaster, rice maker, pots/pans, dishes, glasses, etc.
- Dinning room: Seats 4
- Laundry Room: Washer/Dryer + Iron
- Fenced Backyard: Dog door from house!
- 3 parking spaces (1 under a carport)
Dogs:
- 2 Dogs max (no cats)
- Must be house trained
- The backyard is fully fenced with chain link. Dog door in kitchen leads to backyard!
- Yard does not have irrigation so the front and back lawn dry up in the summer months.
Parents / Children: Kids are absolutely allowed, but the property is not baby or child proofed. This is an older home so there are signs of normal wear and tear. Also, the two bedrooms are on different levels of the house.

Summer: The house is equipped with two portable ACs and two fans. It also is covered by two trees which helps reduce the heat. There is NO central AC at this time.
This is a quiet area and we ask our guests to help keep it that way. Respect the neighbors by reducing noise after 9pm.
No parties or oversized gatherings please. Ping pong table can only be used for ping pong. No Smoking or Vaping in the house (smoking in backyard is OK). Pets must be house trained and must not urinate or defecate in the house. If any of these house rules are violated you will automatically be charged an additional $200.
