The apt and building were very basic and had a bad odor in the hall as well my apt smelled like sausage & onion. Bed was very comfortable though. Would have like more channels too! Wanted to watch NFL but no live channels.

Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. The rooms are outdated. There are strange smells and the floors were sticky. Walls are thin. You can hear EVERYTHING from cars driving by, distant emergency sirens, and even your neighbors nighttime activities. I am trying to request for a refund right now. They have responsive online chat but there’s no front desk or anything to help in person. Definitely not getting what you’re paying for. I’m telling you, look somewhere else. I was so disappointed in this stay. Easily my worse one ever.

I wrote a very long and detailed review of the constant beeping fridge, the lack of aid from Sonder, the insulting approach for remedy…but Sonder didn’t approve my post. So here is the abridged version. Sonder can afford to buy up all the shabby apartment buildings, put lipstick on a pig, and then cross their fingers you don’t need anything because they have no way of actually supporting an issue.

The room was near some really good restaurants and the baseball and basketball stadium which made things easily walkable. The property had a terrible smell in all the hallways. The access info I originally got for my room didn’t work so we had to call help and that took about 30 minutes to get fixed.

The apartment we got was in the basement which didn’t smell nice, but the hotel room was decent. Kitchen was missing a couple of basics but it got us through the day. Not bad for the price, plus free parking.

Property gave me the wrong code to me room and repeatedly had me try the same code Numerous times. I had a long day and flight. They finally gave me a new code and I was able to get into the room after midnight. The room smelled and had hair everywhere. I booked somewhere else the next day and the property refused to refund me for my 2 days remaining stay. Good luck.

It was fine. There was a mix up and my personal debit card was accidentally charged when it shouldn’t have. That was very annoying and took an hour and a half of waiting in the phone with Expedia to resolve it. The kitchen was nice but none of the outlets worked so if I wanted to use the toaster I needed to plug it into a bathroom outlet. I let Sonder know at the beginning of my stay that none of the outlets worked in the kitchen but no one came to fix it. I was also booked to stay in the room for two weeks and only had two rolls of terrible toilet paper. So I was forced to buy own toilet paper. There didn’t seem to be a place inside Sonder where I could restock my toilet paper. The bed was nice. Air conditioning was honestly too cold sometimes. Oh and the television is very crooked and the tv mount itself is shaky. It was fine, but whenever I come back to Denver I won’t stay at this place again.

OK but

The place was ok but at least half an hour walk to downtown. There was no personal contact at all when checking in. The exhaust fan in the bathroom and the air conditioner are both noisy. There's no privacy if you want the blinds up when staying on the ground floor. When you don't have phone access, it will be difficult to contact them.

Check in system is managed on line which is ok if all goes well but is a big problem when it doesn’t. No one is on site at the property. The helpline was very frustrating and unhelpful and we ended up waiting in the hot sun for nearly two hours before being able to resolve it. Worst check in experience ever in many years of travelling.
