Great place to stay! My family loved how spacious the apartment was and of course the gorgeous view in the morning. Location was great for exploring the foothills a bit as well as making trips into Denver. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Home away from Home

The hosts were very accommodating. Very easy to get to, they even hooked us up with lift tickets at cost. I highly recommend staying here. I will be staying in the future when we return to Colorado. The home was very clean, just what you want when traveling.

This property was immaculate with beautiful views in a most convenient location! Wonderful little thoughtful extras throughout the house such as fresh flowers, extra toothbrushes and floss. This spacious mountain apartment made the perfect place for our family to stay as we visited the Denver area! This apt had everything we needed, very comfortable beds, an amazing garden tub that was so great after long days of travel or adventures, and the views were just breathtaking! The homeowner made everything very easy, and had all kinds of little thoughtful extras included! Highly recommend!

Everything was very clean, the owner answered any questions we had very quickly and was very helpful with telling us about the area and weather. If you’re looking to book a house with enough rooms for the whole family this is it! We loved the cozy homey feeling and the views from the balcony- beautiful! It also felt like a very safe neighborhood! We would definitely again! Just make sure you have an AWD if you’re planning to stay here, the road to get to the house and the driveway felt very steep but other than that we loved it!

No privacy, no thermostat, unsafe stairs

The only credit I can give to these hosts is that they were friendly and communicative, but for a service like VRBO that markets itself as having an entire vacation home to yourself, this property offered the least privacy and distance than any other I have stayed in with VRBO or its competitors. I had to reach out to hosts multiple times per day to clarify discrepancies in details in the VRBO listing and to beg the host to turn up the AC because they had control of it from upstairs and the basement with only sheer curtains (bright as the sun at 5am every day) was sweltering hot. I was told to open windows which didn’t have screens and let in bugs and all of the traffic noise from the interstate at the bottom of the hill. The stairs leading to the basement were narrow and shaky, a complete safety hazard. Parking is a nightmare (and I received a message from the host literally hours before we arrived that we couldn’t even use one of the listed parking spaces). Would not stay here again even with pretty view, nice hosts, and convenient location. Don’t boast privacy as a service and then have me share space and amenities with the home owner.
