You will have the entire spacious floor to yourself and will be just blocks from 16th Street Mall, the Colorado State Capitol, and the hottest dining and nightlife spots downtown. Modern and upscale, this top-line unit offers the best of Denver.

Open floor plans and spacious living areas combine to create more than enough room for your group, and deluxe furnishings contribute to a luxurious feel. The expansive kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 2 sinks, 6-burner gas stove, dishwasher, 2 ovens, coffee maker, wine chiller, and microwave. The dining areas can seat 12 at the beautiful dining table and 4 the kitchen peninsula. The entertainment area offers plenty of comfortable seating around the large flat-screen TV. Take in the sunset and city life below on the balcony lounge chairs. The separate bar includes everything you need to make the perfect drink: a fridge, sink, and drinkware. Unwind in the deep jet tub and large glass jet showers. There is a private washer/dryer in the unit. This unit can accommodate up to 12 people: 4 in both of the master bedrooms with huge attached walk-in closets, and 4 more in the third bedroom. Dance competition

I was very disappointed with our stay at this condo. From the beginning, it was clear the unit was not well-maintained. One of the biggest issues we encountered was an ant infestation—there were ants in the kitchen and other parts of the condo, which made it very uncomfortable and unhygienic.We were hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but this situation really put a damper on our trip. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the condo fell far below expectations. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to others.

18th Birthday Getaway

This hotel is a hidden gem with beautiful views. The executive room was spacious with really nice art and comfortable beds. The kitchen is huge with top of the line appliances. Pool table in the room is an added bonus. We came to Denver for our sons 18th birthday to watch a baseball game. From the moment of booking the staff especially Gina was very much accommodating and professional along with recommendations on catering ideas. We chose Britt who made us a delicious dinner. Definitely will say it’s one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in for a hotel. We will be back!

Amazing Place

This place was spacious and in a very convenient location, which was exactly what we were looking for with a large group. Great place for multiple use

My team was coming into downtown Denver for a group meeting and the cost of hotel room was so high that I looked for comfortable place to relax and work in the evening after work. This place served more than that. Aside from comfortable beds, great bathrooms and kitchen, and huge open space, the place was great to host the team meeting. My team enjoyed the ability to move around, to see the presentations on the big screen TV and to run smaller breakouts. It felt more like a family gathering while we were doing business; the team engagement was much better than in tight office meeting rooms. I would highly recommend this place.

Don't Stay Here - Dirty

The night we checked in I discovered that the bed had unchanged BLOODY sheets. Which in addition to being extremely gross, is quite scary to think they didn’t clean the place during a pandemic. It absolutely affected our first night. We assume that since one set of sheets was not changed…it's highly likely they did not change any of the beds. While they did change the sheets the next day, once I requested it, they also promised to give us a discount and, since we checked out, they have not responded to my multiple voicemails and text messages. When paying this amount per night I expect clean sheets at a minimum. If that isn’t enough, there is a small make shift homeless area across the street. We had to call 911 during our second day due to the people fighting in the street. There is a main thoroughfare close to the house and can be quite noisy when sitting on the balconies. And lastly, the location of this property is across the street from the jail. Something I wish I had known before renting. I recommend looking for rentals in the LoHi area. Lots of great restaurants, walking paths, etc.

Good for a large group

We rented for three nights. Were able to serve dinner for our niece who was getting married. The sirens were louder on Friday night disturbing my sleep. Plumbing in bath needs attention but didn't bring it to managements attention until leaving, I'm sure they would handle it right away if i had. Great management and handyman. There is NO parking provided but lot behind building isn't too bad, but for sale so likely not to be available forever. Excellent kitchen with top of the line appliances, comfortable beds.

Nice place

This was a beautiful property but there is serious homeless problem surrounding it. Of course, not the properties fault but thought people should be aware. Literally have to walk around homeless camps set up on sidewalk. Very sad to see. The property had excellent kitchen and comfy beds.
