Sleeping arrangements
With five generous bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the home is designed to host families, groups of friends, and corporate travelers alike. Two master suites - one upstairs and one downstairs - feature king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and thoughtful extras like a crib or air mattress for additional guests. Upstairs, two light-filled bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed, while the lower level includes a queen bed alongside two bunk beds, making it an ideal setup for children or larger groups. Each room is stocked with fresh linens, extra pillows, and blackout shades to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Bathrooms
Four full bathrooms provide both shower and bathtub combinations, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your convenience. A half bathroom adds extra flexibility, and each space is equipped with plush towels and small touches that make preparing for the day or winding down in the evening a seamless part of your stay.

Kitchen and living spaces
At the heart of the home lies a fully renovated kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Set on a quiet street in West Barnum, the home is just eight minutes from downtown Denver and sixteen minutes from the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Denver International Airport is a thirty-minute drive away, and nearby highways 6 and I-25 offer straightforward routes for day trips to the mountains or Boulder. Within minutes you’ll also find Mexican, Vietnamese, and Thai restaurants, as well as breweries and grocery stores.

FISH CARE: Every Tuesday, a technician will stop by feed the fish and clean the tank. They WILL enter the home with a code.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

FIREPLACE: Please note the fireplaces are NOT operational.
