This cozy house was a perfect home base for our family trip to Denver to see friends, see a Rockies game and catch a concert at Red Rocks. So many good restaurants and bars just steps away in this safe area. Parking was always easy. The house had all the amenities we needed- even a new bag of coffee and creamer upon arrival! It was in the high 90s while we were there and the air conditioning kept it cool inside- at night the fans in the room helped too. I highly recommend it for a family with tweens- each room had its own tv so kids could each watch their own shows during a night in. And Little Man Ice Cream is a 5 minute walk away.
