Your Colorado adventure awaits you at this is beautifully updated mid-century modern brick home just 10 minutes west of Denver and close to the Colorado Rocky Mountains!

This home sits in a prime location near I-70. I-76 and makes for quick highway access to downtown Denver, Olde Town Arvada, Downtown Golden with Red Rocks Amphitheatre 12 minutes away. You will be very close to various hiking trails and ski country. This will be your home away from home at the base of the Rocky Mountains!

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner lot property features brand new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, new quartz countertops, large new windows and all brand-new home appliances. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled with quartz sinks and well-designed shower tile finishes. All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds and Roku Smart TV's. You will absolutely love the newly designed primary bathroom suite. Home also features an oversized fenced in back yard for some outdoor games. We are pet and kid friendly with Pack n' Play set-up available along with child plates and cups.

College Family & Friends Weekend

This modest house is conveniently located close enough to School of Mines, shopping, and dining for a quick weekend to visit college student. Appreciated proximity to Costco for shopping and full kitchen to prep some meals. As other reviewers stated, property is next to interstate which was loud during the week. Once inside however, the sounds were muffled. Beds are no frills, but clean and comfortable. Appreciated the cleanliness throughout the entire property. Would stay here again.

Time with daughters

Both my daughters live in different parts of Colorado so i rented the house that we could all enjoy each other company. We are from PA The house inside was recently updated and mostly clean. A few of the appliances ( ice machine and dryer didn’t work) the middle bedroom mattress appeared broke in the middle The yard needed cleaned and mowed The owner was very quick to respond I feel he needs to get a different house cleaning person. But we enjoyed our stay

Good location, cozy and bright

Andrew’s place was a great location for us! It’s 15 minutes to Coors Field and downtown and about 30 minutes to Red Rock’s! We wanted something close to the mountains and close to Denver and this was it! Good amenities and clean!

Stayed for two nights while in the Denver area as part of a girls trip. House was clean and updated. Nice location for Denver and surrounding communities. Right off the interstate. Neighborhood seemed pretty safe. Stores within a mile or two. Would stay again.

Colorado stay

The house was great! Very clean, and unlike other homes I have stayed in; they provided bathroom items including shampoo, toilet paper, and hand soaps as well as kitchen supplies including dishwasher and other dish detergent, trash bags, paper towels.That was a nice added touch. The home is literally next to interstate 70, which is great for access, though was a little noisy in the back yard. Inside the house you couldnnt hear it at all. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!
