"A lot had shifted in a matter of a month, from my previous stay. Cleanliness in rooms could be much better: there was leftover hair in the towels and shower from previous guests. Room service no longer available, but takeout to your room is still an option, which is odd."

"I booked two beds and was given a room with one bed. There were no tissues or soap, and the conditioner in the shower was empty. Towels were haphazardly hung. I arrived at midnight after a long travel day and left by 7am, so it was fine for a bed to sleep in, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Plenty ..."
