Clarification needed on position of accueil
Check in is now at BnB Deols for both hotels but this was not made clear to us before arrival We arrived at the Aeroport building only to be redirected over the road 50metres away. Young lady on check in was helpful, friendly and efficient Following check we were redirected over the road to our room

very disappointing experience
We had contacted Hotels.com for assistance before our trip as we could not contact the hotel to get our booking in code, as the hotel had written to us telling us that if we didn’t arrive before 18.00 hours they would re-sell our room. Many thanks for sending us the code as we would have been lost without it. We changed our ferry to get there earlier, but when we arrived there was no one on reception. We checked into our room and found to our horror that it had not been made up after the previous occupant. After waiting for reception for about 30mins we went to the other B and B hotel across the road. The man on reception was very impatient with us and reluctantly gave us the code to access another room. That too had not been changed after the previous occupant. At the third attempt we were given a room which was ready for use. Inside the room which we were able to use was an information sheet telling us that reception was closed for refurbishment and we should go across the road for help. Strange that the receptionist in the other hotel did not seem to know this. An absolute catalogue of errors which were very unwelcome after a long drive from Calais. The room itself was fine, but the systems and customer service were sadly lacking. We will not be returning.

Impossible to contact the hotel (we wanted a ground floor room) I telephoned (no reply); sent a text (no reply) and an email (no reply). The hotel did however move us to a ground floor room. Although marked as a no smoking room, this had been ignored and smelled of cigarette smoke.

Odeur de cigarette et autre des l entrée de l hôtel . Chambre dans un état pitoyable et odeur identique . Literie de très mauvaise qualité , salle de bain pas propre. Petit déjeuner avec des produits les moins chers possible …. Bref plus jamais dans cette chaîne B&B

A l' arrivée la borne d' accueil n' imprimait pas de facture, seul le n° de la chambre était visible à l' écran. Fort heureusement l' accueil du B&B Déols était ouvert; la facture avec n° de chambre et code d' accès m' a été remise. Arrivée à la chambre 43 la serrure électronique ne fonctionnait pas, retour au B&B Déols pour avoir une autre chambre (35). Une odeur de tabac était présente dans la salle de bain, signalée le lendemain le nécessaire a été fait pour remédier autant que faire se peut à ce problème. Heureusement que ce n' était pas mon premier séjour dans cet établissement...

Séjour très satisfait.
Nous sommes arrivés avec un van chevaux ( vide ). On nous a laissé nous garer sur le parking de l'hôtel. Chambre très propre. Lit spacieux. Excellent rapport qualité prix du petit déjeuner.

- Insonorisation inexistante, pleurs de bébé comme si c'était dans la chambre, portes qui claquent, vmc bruyante qui réveille la nuit. - J'ai informé un membre de l'équipe que le lavabo était bouché, que le lendemain matin il y avait toujours de l'eau de la veille au soir toujours pas évacué, on m'a répondu "ah oui on sait" . - Literie vieillissante, lever difficile avec douleurs lombaires. - Réservé pour 2, un seul oreiller de préparé sur le lit. Ca ne veut pas le prix demandé.

Très déçu. Habitué des b&b, je ne pensais pas tombé sur une chambre où la clim ne fonctionne pas, où la douche n'est pas étanche, où les toilettes sont pleines de tartre et en mauvais état, où des trappes d'accès à la tuyauterie sont par terre..Bref, décevant

Pas de papier toilette dans les toilettes (« au nom du covid? ») et aucun membre du personnel présent pour le signaler. La borne a l’accueil pour s’enregistrer est fiable, c’est le plus de cet hôtel. Nous regrettons d’avoir eu un petit déjeuner très minimaliste (jus d’orange ou café), le prix n’a pas baissé bien sûr. Nous regrettons également d’avoir été obligés de prendre le petit déjeuner dans la chambre. Les règles covid ne sont pas les mêmes partout, nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi cet hôtel ne propose pas un service à table (a aménager certes à cause du covid) comme les autres hôtels ... opportunité pour réduire le service ? Expérience client mauvaise car confort KO.
