“Everything with really high quality”

“Clean luxury hotel, the view from the room was amazing, perfect location, walking distance to restaurants, bars and parks, the courtesy glass of wine daily was a big plus, breakfast plenty to choose from, the gym and spa is great, staff was wonderful and made us feel like family couldn’t say anything bad about this hotel.”

“Good in general except that the room is not noise-canceling. You can hear the people talking and watching tv in the room just next to you.”

“La lugar es buena! Cerca de la Plaza de Italia y del centro, las habitaciones están limpias pero son viejas, los baños son decepcionantes y el mal olor sigue, la falta de atención al detalle en la limpieza !!”

“A beautiful place in the mountains but close to the city - a lovely happy stay. It has a gym despite the hotels.com listing not showing that. I wish the listing did show that cos it would have helped me book this place sooner. Also a paddle court. The indoor heated pool isn't big enough to swim, which was a bit disappointing. The water, and the room where the pool is weren't very warm. The staff turned on the air con unit that heats but no actual heat ever came out. The sauna wasn't at full……

The rooms are beautiful, spotless, cozy, and very well maintained. And the beds are amazing! Breakfast is the cherry on top: fresh, delicious, healthy, and made with care. The atmosphere every morning is so positive and welcoming. We didn’t just feel like hotel guests; we truly felt at home. If you’re visiting Mendoza, stay here. ❤️……

“It is close to the bus terminal but still have to walk from the outside to the hotel. And the breakfast is not too fresh, especially the bread. Some of the edges of the sanitary bath equipment are too sharp, it might be easier to get hurt from them.”

“La pagina Hotels.com es un desastre. Nunca pude ingresar al hotel, no tenia disponibilidad. Hicieron el cobro por adelantado en la tarjeta y se negaron a devolver el dinero o simplemente cancelar la compra. Solo dicen que el hotel no hace el reintegro o cancelacion. En el hotel solo dijeron que no tenian lugar y que la pagina no esta actualizada. Que no es culpa de ellos. Ni siquiera ofrecieron darme estadia en otra fecha para compensar lo que estan cobrando. Lamentable lo de Hotels.com ”
