Was charged almost $200 for a 1 night stay. The carpet was wet, spongy, and the room stank so bad we had to keep the loud bathroom fan on and window open. We knew it wasn't going to be a Hilton, but a BYOB, bring your own blanket? Nasty. Had there been a different option, we would have left. Heater was stuck on- room was like a microwave. The toilet had urine sprinkles on the seat. Shower rusty, could barely turn the handles. Linoleum peeling away from the floor. Spider webs, and a wasp hanging out in the room. Some lights not working. The beds were so spring loaded that if your partner had to blink their eyes, you felt it. Sleeping? Forget about it. I thought Expedia actually monitored their offerings, so at $200, we expected some level of comfort. We were wrong. The entire place needs to be renovated- the amount of deferred maintenance was unreal. $64/night would have been fair. $200? Just a gouge. Expedia and Four Winds were huge let downs. There has got to be better options.

Definitely won't be staying at this place again. The view was great. Definitely was not worth what we paid to stay there. The smell was horrible in the room, doors didnt open and close properly to the bathroom, vent in bathroom didn't work.Place definitely needs to be revamped. We definitely would rather stay in a motel 6.

Worst place ive ever stayed at. Blood on the walls hair in the beds. Damp floor and beds. Just all around nasty. Ill never stay at that place again. Ill sleep on the beach in a sleeping bag.

When the internet worked it was good, the fan in the bathrrom was dirty but the rest of the room was fine. There is no air conditioning so take a fan. It was a good place to just sleep and inexpensive. There was direct tv which made it better and there is a mini fridge and microwave. You really do get what you pay for...

Has never been maintained. Lot of mold in the window, ripped screen and lock in window. Carpet was very dirty and stained. Strong smell of urine and air freshener. No light in the living room. Bathroom sink drained very slowly and toilet didn't flush well. Had to walk uphill to motel.

We booked a charter boat and needed a safe and clean place to sleep close by. The room met our basic requirements. Cleansheets, cable, free wifi. There's coffee and a microwave in the room and a mini fridge. We reserved a 2 queen room and it had a lot of space. Our friend booked a king room and although the amenities were the same the room was much smaller. The room itself needed a little TLC maintenance but overall not bad.

My guess is the motel must have been built in the 1940s. Sheets and towels were clean but the rest not so much, hair on the bed cover, floors coming apart bathroom a complete disaster.

The room wasn't ready when promised. Person said they were just so busy. It didn't feel that way. The room smelled like urine. Not fresh. I thought an air out would do it, but I would wake in the middle of the night and smell it. If you air out there were no screens. So I didn't feel safe leaving it that way or to even have a window open at night, with no AC. It was a room. It's a GREAT location. The potential is oosing. There is no care that has gone into this place. From paint to curtains, to the top level of the shower that still has drywall dust, from a not so recent install, it's pretty gross. If you need a cheap bed, maybe have a drink at the good bar and even better food next door so you can fall asleep quickly. Oh and I'm pretty sure quite a few rooms are occupied with people living there. Coming home late from work to crank cigarettes and chat outside your open window with no screen... I don't think I can book this one again.
