Great coastal Oregon stay!

Really nice condo with plenty of space and excellent views of the coast line. I was a little worried when we discovered that the unit did not provide air conditioning, but the cooler coastal climate was perfect and made the stay really enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our weekend at this VRBO..It was such a nice clean and quiet place to stay! The bed was comfortable! The only downside is that we had to go home. Wish we could have stayed longer.

2024 Sister Trip

The property did not disappoint. Location was perfect. Quiet area & only 1 block from 101. Townhouse was very clean & we were very happy with it. It was very nice to have a garage to park in. Location was perfect. Close to Newport & Lincoln City.

Beautiful views. Deserves a 5 and Condo is outstanding, except for patio doors that do not lock. Very disappointed this problem was not fixed during our stay. We would stay again once we know this problem is fixed.

Love this property

Well, we had a rocky start upon check in. Because of a miscommunication the home had not been cleaned. Once we reached the host, Mark, he jumped on it & got everything taken care of. The cleaners cleaned up as fast as they could and we were in about 9pm. Things happen, but Mark & Evolve made up for it in every way they could. We had a great stay in this lovely home & look forward to going back soon. Highly recommend.

Excellent all around

Very clean. One of the few places we rented and where you get inside and it smells clean, nice and inviting. That is the first impression and sets the tone for the whole stay. Well furnished with everything one can need. One small negative was the window lock on the upstairs bedroom was broken. We highly recommend the property for a stay on the Oregon coast. We will come back in the future! Thank you and keep up the good work.

Great location and property.

Very spacious property overall. The only issue was the soft beds. All 3 bedrooms had very soft mattresses. Couch was very hard on the other scale. We could walk to Main Street and wonderful that they not only allow pets but they had a dog dish, extra blankets and poop bags.

WOWEE! What a fabulous time we had in this lovely townhome! The views are amazing, the house is clean, the kitchen is so well stocked with high quality cookware which is awesome because we love to cook. The location is perfect, close to shops, dining and the beach. Wonderful TV with lotsa options. The fireplace is beautiful and so relaxing!! Property management/Housekeeping was excellent!! Looking forward to our next trip!!

Beautiful location, too warm

The house and location were beautiful. It was unexpectedly hot while we were here in early October and the house (especially upper floor) was very warm. It cooled down at night but that was our only complaint. Everything else about place was great.
