「Everything was good except one tenant who obviously lives in room 228 was loud and his guests were unruly all night. Maybe he works for the motel but….」

「Highly recommend this cute bed and breakfast!! The hosts made us feel like family. The home was super clean, very cozy, relaxing, and the breakfast was outstanding! We wish would could find more places like this on our travels. If we ever come thru Lubbock again, we will definitely go back! 」

「They do not serve breakfast like stated on the site. And the manager is a very rude lady. I have never been yelled and cussed at the way she came at me over my children having their drinks at the pool. Which I don’t see the sign and I made them throw them away when asked. But the manager came out cussing and yelling in my face in front of my kids and scared them so bad. Would not recommend staying here」

「I found a cockroach on the ground in the bedroom so I started looking around the property and found lots more, especially under the bed. I have a baby that is crawling and learning to walk, so I was extremely concerned about this. Management told me that they spray weekly because they have an abandoned building behind their property… which was another concern. I was also informed that they do not have a way to clean under the beds. When I put my son back in his car seat, he has a little...

「Staff was very friendly. Room was ok. Walls were dirty next to the bed. Bathroom for the most part was clean although the floor was a bit dirty. Bed was clean and nicely made. 」

「Shower needs a good scrub there was built up soap scum all over the walls and on the floor. Beds ere a little harder than we liked. And pool closing at 9pm was a downer for we traveled for 13 hrs and was looking forward to setting in the hot tub. 」

「Ashmore use to be a decent place to stay even though it needs upgraded and price was good now they got bought out it's more run down needs updated really bad the bath tub never stopped running water it leaked the whole time bath tub stained didn't have key card they were out had to wait hours before they got them. Really sad i like the place but when you can stay somewhere a lot nicer for the same price it's a no brainer.」

「Located in an industrial part of the city of Lubbock, the property seemed very safe, particularly given that there was no foot traffic nearby and nothing commercial within a mile. The rooms are spartan, but the bed was incredibly comfortable. This is a great cost-saving overnight stay motel.」
