The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. ”

“The studio was nice: good furnishings, a very comfortable high-density foam mattress. Unfortunately I didn't receive the day-of message providing the access codes and had to request once I was there. I got that, but not the wifi access info.The street is busy, with street life at night. That was fine by me but useful to know. ”

“I unfortunately don’t think this was worth 200. Loud upstairs neighbors made it hard to go to sleep. Mildew on bathroom stucco ceiling. Otherwise clean just not stellar ”

“The place is incredible it’s light and airy, decorated beautifully, and perfect for a weekend away. I was in New Haven for a concert and this place was a 5 minute drive from the venue. Check in/out was super easy and the host was very communicative prior to my arrival. Would absolutely rent again if my travels ever take me back that way! ”
