Location is out of the way but room was nice, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. My only gripe is that the WiFi repeatedly stopped working which when you need to do work was not great as there was no mobile connectivity there to tether from.

Quiete e calma, un bel soggiorno

Siamo stati nella Farmhouse a Luglio e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il luogo è fuori mano, visto che dovevamo andare a Norwich per la Laurea di Nostra figlia, però il luogo è di una calma e quiete incredibile, cosa che piace molto a mio marito. Sembra un posto incantato con una corte in mezzo,la stanza era grande e confortevole e tutto ordinato e pulito. Il proprietario è stato più che cortese perchè la sera che dovevamo arrivare ci è venuto a prendere in mezzo alle campagne e ai paesini inglesi in cui ci eravamo persi. Volevo ringraziarlo della cortesia e della gentilezza e pazienza dimostrata visto che lo abbiamo tenuto sveglio fino a tardi. Il fatto è che il nostro aereo era in ritardo e guidare dall'altra parte non è proprio così semplice, in più non è stato per niente facile trovare il luogo esatto perchè su internet non è indicato l'indirizzo esatto. In ogni caso una volta arrivati il luogo ci è piaciuto tanto: eravamo immersi nella natura circondati dalla quiete, dalla fattoria trasformata in in luogo di villeggiatura con un giardinetto incantevole. Poichè il nostro arrivo è stato davvero in ritardo, oltre l'una di notte, il proprietario nel momento del pagamento non ci ha fatto pagare la notte. La colazione è stata più che soddisfacente con i classici croissant, marmellate, cereali, latte, caffe, succhi, frutta e volendo si poteva ordinare la colazione inglese. Le ragazze che servivano la colazione erano molto carine e cortesi.

Fantastic

The location is quiet and perfect , the room was fantastic as was the wet room , a credit to the owners and staff, the chef and breakfast was top notch, will be staying again

Peaceful setting

Delightful property and very warm welcome. My room was 'Hawthorns', vey spacious with a stunning view over rolling meadows. Excellent hospitality tray, selection of coffee table books to browse, nice toiletries, marvellous soft towels, big comfy sofa, super WiFi connection and everything very clean. I enjoyed a tasty and nicely presented breakfast in a very pleasant setting. However, I didn't have a good nights sleep as the king size bed in my room was 2 singles put together with a big ridge sticking up in the middle and the mattresses were poor quality, lumpy, no support, creaky, and need replacing. Of course, this may only be a reflection of this one room - the other mattresses may all be excellent and I just got unlucky. Otherwise, Hunters Hall is an absolute gem of a find but in today's market, the traveller expects a good quality mattress. As a business traveller, I need a good night's sleep and that means a good bed.
