I'm afraid that Q hotels have gone a little backwards compared with our last stay two years ago

Really lovely staff, very warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless clean and well maintained. There was everything you could possible need in the kitchen plus some milk and teas and coffee. The park itself is lovely and if you walk up to the top car park there are great views up and down ...

Had an excellent stay here! The receptionists were all very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, right near the cathedral. Room was clean and had what I needed. I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in Norwich
