"We have a wonderful stay and we couldn't fault anything. Would recommend to anyone. We had the surlington junior suite and it was a very high standard, loved the bathroom with roll top bath. Staff very helpful and breakfast was lovely."

"The room looked ok but on closer inspection not so good! Bathroom had mould in the tile grout in the shower and the remaining bathroom was bare plaster. The toilet seat was not attached properly. The bathroom had some sort of sewage maceration system that would go off every hour throughout the night! Nobody knew how the tv worked!! Four remotes for 1 tv!! They then had to go out for batteries as nobody could get it to work! There were thick cobwebs around one of the pictures but the room was...
