Set beside the farmhouse of Westfield Farm, which is located on the outskirts of the village, Stockman's Cottage and it's elegant interiors have been featured in many photographic shoots. Step inside the beautiful kitchen and you will instantly feel at home. The kitchen features painted cupboards and granite worktops and a farmhouse table to all sit down together. Warm and homely, the sitting room has squashy sofas and an inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, television and DVD player. For those needing to work while away, there is an office/snug which also doubles as a play room if required. Downstairs you will also find a spacious bathroom with claw foot bath so you can enjoy long soaks after a day of walking! Upstairs you have a choice of bedrooms; the master which features a beautiful French bedstead and shower en-suite and one twin bedroom with garden views; both beautifully styled.

There is plenty of outside space and ample off road parking too. You have your own private fully enclosed lawned cottage garden. Locally, a good village pub and local shop are within walking distance, and you are just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and hidden gems such as Heydon, Reepham and Holt.
