"The hotel is not ready to welcome guests. The staff have no client service skills and the hotel is still in construction with no reception area. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this was probably the worst hotel experience I've had. First the hotel is very difficle to find and I don't recommend kt if you have any mobility issues. You need to got up many flights of stairs with your suitcases as cars can't come near the hotel. The hotel listing said they had parking but I dont know how...

"The hotel has incredible views. Its medieval theme fits perfectly with Mardin's old city. The staff was lovely and made us feel very comfortable. Yusuf, the owner, helped us with everything. He offered us tea, organised trips for us and called a cheap taxi for coming back to the airport. All of this, with a constant smile. We 100% recommend this hotel while staying in Mardin."

"The staff at Zabel are absolutely amazing—they genuinely try to make your stay comfortable. That said, getting to the hotel is no joke: there are a ton of stairs.
