“As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Gina was by far the sweetest young lady. She explained everything to me and showed me where the elevators were at as well as making sure I was comfortable. The room was all that and more! The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! I would definitely be back here when I visit my best friend again! 10 Stars if I could rate it that high!”

“The property location is good. The property is very well decorated. Breakfast was very good with many choices. The bar was closed so no comment on that.”

“The front desk clerk who checked us in was awesome. The morning clerk, not so much. Began calling out room at 4:50 am for a 5:30 shuttle pick up. Than called our room every 4 minutes, telling us the shuttle was waiting (great help when you are trying to get ready)then argued with me about what time we had scheduled it for. He physically went to the door of the other party that was traveling with us, scolded her for not answering the non-working phone in the room. Even showed her the phone is……

“Staff were not very welcoming. No smiles. The room was comfortable and clean. Maybe add coffee in the room. Even bad coffee is better than none.”

“The property was clean, the area was safe. You could see the river outside your window. Close drive to eating establishments.”

“Nice flexible, staff, clean location!”

“Excellent place to stay. Only discouraging part was the check in. The gentleman at the counter seemed like we were an inconvenience to him. Morning staff excellent and pleasant.”

“Tv remote and door key card didn't work half the time. Loud music blasted through thin walls all night. Few selection on breakfast menu. Wouldn't recommend . . .”

“Room was very clean. Pool temperature was great. Breakfast was ok.”

“Clean and quiet room. We were traveling as a family with young kids, the pool was very small-half in door/half outdoor. Hot breakfast with several options.”

“Expedia defaulted to my login name and last name on the reservation but we didn’t realize until we arrived. The lady at the front desk was super annoyed and short with us as we tried to navégate how to fix it. I had a receipt with my full correct name on it as proof and expedia called twice to confirm it was me and that they’d updated the name. I get the name has to match but she didn’t have to be so short with us. When as my partner and I talked amongst ourselves she would interject to say……
