This historic home, built in the early 1900s, is located in a fantastic area close to the fairgrounds. It has been beautifully updated and is very well maintained. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with upgraded linens that made for a great night’s sleep. During our stay in August, the upstairs area was quite warm, but the host thoughtfully provided fans in every room, which helped. The host was also very responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable.

Beautiful Home

Loved staying in this beautiful home. They had everything we needed. We were close to everything we did. Drake University, Blank Zoo, the mall and so many restaurants!! The owners were always so quick to respond and very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!!
