I stay at this property multiple times per year and have done so for many years and generally have a very positive experience. This visit was fine other than the keys were improperly coded or not coded at all and it took a while to get that sorted out, and the rate was quite high even though the parking lot the first two nights only had a handful of cars.

Hot tub/spa permanently closed. The curtains frayed, tv volume was turned to 100. TV Screen was cracked!! Bathroom was dirty and poor maintenance on the bath tub enamel damage, shower curtain was repaired and never touched up. I was ensured that I would have a receipt saying I wouldn’t be charged for any damage and they didn’t provide it like they said I would. I will not be staying at that place again.

The hotel was under construction which was not communicated to us when we booked. When we checked in, a laundry list of amenities were closed (including the elevator). We basically had access to our room and breakfast. To be fair, it will be nice once construction is finished, but we won’t likely stay here again.

The hor tub was out of order the whole time. The pool was closed the last 2 days. Pool was full of hair. The outside fire pit didn't work. The TVs are from 1990. Great front desk and housekeeping staff, and kitchen dude, though. Breakfast ok.
