Hotel is in a convenient location. With restaurants and bars in the downtown area and main attractions at a walkable distance. As for the hotel itself, staff is friendly and helpful with recommendations. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and fresh.

The vents in the main area appear to have black mold growing on them, there is a smell when you walk in the lobby. The elevators had what looked like vomit on the windows and were alo smeared and cloudy like they hadnt been properly cleanednin quite some time. There was bug nests in the celiling and our room had these winged insects all over. The bathroom had no ventilation system so there was mold growth in drawers, walls and the shower. The smell of the room knocked you back a step when you open the door. The room felt damp despite the ac being on and the floor felt like there was moisture in it. When we asked staff about items in the breakfast area they were rude and short. For what you pay to stay in a fancier hotel, I felt we could have had a cleaner experience at a much cheaper out dated hotel.

Room had alot of damage(mold and mildew in the bathroom, carpet torn in livingroom, hand towel rack coming off of the wall by sink) bed was very uncomfortable, rooms very humid, and omlet chef was rude and dismissive both mornings we were there. Also seen roaches in the restroom by the pool area. Check in staff was very polite but seemed dismissive when I informed them of our room conditions and nothing was done about our concerns.

The hotel is very nice, there was construction outside our room and it woke us up early. The beds are very uncomfortable and hard as a rock. There were a few flying bugs in our bathroom sink. Other than that it’s a nice hotel

Love the location and the extra sitting room when traveling with family. Place really needs some updating. Our bathroom had a broken door and rust all over the tub. It was probably really nice 20 years ago

The staff was absolutely amazing, i did get a free upgrade and got the river view which was lovely. The room was very spacious and clean. My only complaint is the ac vents had something resembling mold in them.

They had a very nice breakfast with alot of choices. The beds were to be 2 queens! They were Not. They were 2 double beds that were not comfortable at all. Toilet was leaking and very noisy&shower had mold. Property needs a major update. Front desk were all wonderful! They helped us out alot.

Well when we checked in , we showered. Everything ok, but I tried the remote and they did not work and tried the phone and it did not work either. Went down and told the front desk. She moved us from Room 311 to 322. Ok tv and phone worked. But the Ac condensation line or some thing was plugged floor was extremely wet by bar and bedroom door area. I mopped it up but still was wet due to AC unit working. Told front desk in morning and they would look into it Couldn't refund my card because i used Expedia. Give me some points and that was that. Property needs a good going over. I think the rooms need a complete inspection and house keeping need to be informed what to look for. Was hoping for an accommodation. But points were all htey could do?
