Really good place, super friendly and responsive owner would for sure recommend to anyone visiting des moines

I’m a college wrestling coach who stayed here for a recruiting trip. This place was perfect! Skywalk got me ALL the way to the Iowa Events Center to avoid the sub-zero temps outside! Hello Marjorie was a great way to cap off a long day of recruiting by having a couple of awesome cocktails. Definitely will stay here again!

The apartment was very clean and as described. I felt secure and safe there. Kitchen had nice appliances and everything you’d need for cooking. It’s in walking distance to everything you need to get to in downtown DesMoines. It lists that it sleeps 3 - there is a queen in the bedroom and a couch that doesn’t pull out in the living area. The host was very attentive and answered any questions I had right away. I’d stay there again.
