Thank you for your feedback, All of our pet rooms get deep cleaned and shampooed upon the pet's departure, I'm sorry if the room still had an odor, I will address this with housekeeping. Thank you for your feedback so we can improve our policies. Other than that I hope your stay was wonderful.

Trip was cancelled by management without reason. The stress put me into a epileptic seizure and I am writing this from the hospital. I had no problems with management and then I make reservations to have them cancelled. Used the last of my money to get by and had nowhere to go. Got sick by stress and there was no reason given.

I apologize, however due to smoking in our nonsmoking room and setting off our fire alarms we were unable to honor your request for extended stay because we are a 100% nonsmoking hotel. Also management did speak with you prior to your checkout day, I apologize if there was any misunderstandings or confusion.

This is a no frills option but still has a nice kitchen, refrigerator etc. Very clean and the front desk staff is nice. The hotel is right off I-80 so convenient for people traveling .

Got a great price for booking on a Thursday night and wish more hotels offered these amenities at this price point. It's modern, very clean, and has a full kitchen with full size fridge (bring your own dishes and cookware), a table with 2 chairs, a nice big bathroom, and a recliner. It's also in a great location with shopping, food, and entertainment options but I just like that I had a full kitchen and the reception was extremely gracious.

Nice place
Check in was great, room was clean but maintenance was way behind. Drawer fronts were coming apart, toilet water ran constantly, and the water pipes hammered as you took a shower.

Wasn't able to sleep well.
Wanted a little weekend get away. Reserved 2 nights. Check in was great, the staff was very friendly and was allowed to check in early which was really nice. In order to open the door to our room we had to put all of our weight into it, same with closing it. This was very annoying. The bath tub was not the cleanest there was hair in the corner. The water pressure was great and hot hot water. Which I love! The recliner was super comfy. The bed on the other hand was rock hard, did not sleep well and definitely felt it the next morning. Did not sleep well as it sounded like they were doing construction on the room above us all night. We made the decision that we could not do another night in this place. Again the staff was super nice and very accommodating where they not only return our money for the night we did not stay but also reinbursed us for the night we stayed. Overall not a comfortable place to sleep. But again the staff was very nice.
