The host here was easy to contact and the house was decorated. There were however three opportunities for improvement to mention. The keypad did not work with the code we were given, the shower/tub was very dirty, and initially there were not bath towels adequate for the number of guests registered. We were able to use a backup code to enter and towels were brought to the house on the second day of our trip, although we did not find any thing to clean shower/tub with. Overall, I do appreciate the attention to try to make right what they could and the host themselves earned a full star for their responsiveness and willingness to try.

Lack of bath towels upon check-in.
