Picture of room I reserved and paid for was not room they had for me. Was told “booked with third party so technically third party was supposed to change the room”. Manager did change the room. Lengthy check in. Room was great! Beds and pillows great! Clean! We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

Front desk not willing to address disturbances

The hotel in general was very nice with large sized room and good breakfast. Unfortunately there were a couple families there with out of control little kids under 5, unsupervised, screaming and running up and down the hallways throwing things at our doors- this went on for a couple hours and after 10pm. I reported it to the front desk thinking they would address it, but it contined on. This situation was one of the worst experiences in a hotel, where it was uncomfotable in our room and down in the breakfast area with kids running wild. I would not stay in a hotel like this again if front desk are not willing to address disturbances that impact over half of your hotel guests.

Family/Dog Friendly

Very friendly staff and nice big clean rooms. We are traveling with two young kids and a large dog. We were all very comfortable and happy as this hotel. We already booked our stay there on our trip home. It is an older hotel but again clean rooms. Also, since older I believe it helped with noise. Never heard anyone else the whole time.

One of the nicest places my wife and i have ever stayed so far as hotels go! Very spacious suite with full sized refrigerator, microvave, toaster, coffee maker, stove top, pots and pans, silverware, cups and plates, and even a disher and a fireplace in the room. The pool, hottub, weight room, and laundry room are open 24/7. (Laundry is not even coin operated.) The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot is s bit congested is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars for it. Over all I would highly recommend this hotel. Well worthe the money!! And over all 5 *****!!
