Privately owned entire condo located in the middle of downtown Des Moines! This is a true large 1 bedroom (no fake walls). Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally and conveniently located condo on the corner of 4th and Walnut. Right in the center of entertainment, dining and shopping. Tied directly to the skywalk. Well cared for condo. All appliances and washer/dryer. Don't miss out on this great home! This unit is “truly” located downtown. 60 second walk to Hy-Vee and from
the Civic Center.


The space
One is the largest one bedroom floor plans in the building. Plenty of room for 4! King size bed, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and much more. There is not a better place to book than this unit.

Great Location

Very well appointed place right near Court Street and all of the restaurants in that area of downtown Des Moines. Normal city noises; so maybe not everyone's cup of tea - but nothing out of the ordinary.

A great location and very comfortable.

The shower has shampoo and conditioner that is actually good. The room is spacious and very comfortable in the historic Kirkwood Hotel turned condominium. Parking available and wifi as well as coffee pods and ground coffee. washer, dryer, washer, and plenty of towels. All the restaurants and shops are a very close walk with one Sushi and Thai restaurant in the building and a bridge to nearly every building across any street to get there in cold weather.

Superb Fong & Beer Pong Condo in a Hostoric Hotel

The room is perhapsnone of the best ive stayed in after years of travel and more than 100 stays aroujd the world. Every item to include coffe and internet and garage key fob was all thought out. Towels are clean and rolled tightly and the bed is clean. The condo is quite and relaxing. A gym and much more to include famous Fongs Pizza across the street. Be ready to see the east side in a short walk or party at the many bars in the area. Perhaps a walk to see the crying paper mache rabbit fountain with tears running from the eyes in streams and the public library, named Miffy. JJ jasmine Thai and Sushi are in the building! Cold out? Dont worry. You can walk the sky bridge as if youre in a glass city sidewalk.
