“Was concerned about noise when I checked in as there were lots of kids running around the lobby at 10pm, the staff informed me they were there for a basketball tournament but my room was tucked away and I had no issues. Clean and comfortable!”

“Excellent made to order breakfast; many options in the bar for dinner. beautiful surroundings; wish it wasn't raining so we could have walked around the property. Staff was extremely helpful. we had a bit of trouble finding it, as our nav system sent us on a wild goose chase. The lady at check-in was very apologetic, really not her fault. Would stay there again. we had an issue with the TV and the shower, but nothing that would stop us from recommending it.”

“Likes-Proximity to Retail Therapy -walking distance to eating and entertainment -ample parking -pool and hot tub facilities with seating was welcomed -spacious, comfortable room with all the amenities -morning staff, including front desk and breakfast staff -breakfast buffet was fantastic, providing an assortment for all -hallways, decor and general design was pleasant Dislikes-we raised a concern as to the attention to detail on cleanliness in our room ( floor and windows) we were advised……

“We were shown into a room with terrible conditions. Everywhere was dusty and there was a terrible stench all over the place. There were several visible stains on the sheets, pillowcases and the mattress. When we informed the staff, it was like they're offended! They took us to another room upstairs. The jallway was dirty and stinky as well. The new room was in the exact same conditions. Dirty, dusty, stinky and visible stains all over the bed. We reached out to Expedia and they talked to the……

“Okay so this place was lowkey awesome. The pool are super nice, the whole vibe is really chic — like you feel fancy being there but it’s not stuffy at all. There’s a walkable dock close by which is a solid bonus, and the tennis court was a good time. The gym was probably the most impressive part though — the equipment is really well stocked, no complaints there. Honestly a great spot, would definitely come back.”

“I was really impressed with the Front desk staff, going above and beyond when I had an issue,. One concern, and it was specific to us, I hope. There was a cleaning gentleman who spent an odd amount of time staring at my friend's daughter in her bikini and pointing his camera at her. He repeatedly cleaned the same section of railing for almost 25 minutes. I commented to the front desk, and they said it would be investigated.”
