“Very accommodating”

“Shampoo/conditioner dispensers were difficult to get liquid out. Told breakfast hours were 7am -10am two different times by staff. Disappointed not told these hours were for weekends only! Missed a Monday morning breakfast arriving at 9:25 am only to be turned away! ”

“This hotel is not good. It’s under construction, which was not disclosed in the Expedia listing. The hot tub is not working, even though we called ahead to check and make sure it was working before we booked this hotel and were told it was working. The pool was not heated either. The hotel did not have a lobby bathroom, but they let us into the workout room (which was under construction to use a toilet, but the bathroom had no door). We got a room on the third floor and the hotel has paint……

“I understand it is only a $60 hotel but it was very bad. Staff was great nothing wrong with that side of things but the room was awful. The door has gaps you see through and multiple bugs on the floor. Everything was extremely old and gross. Wouldn’t stay here again.”
