this property went above and beyond our expectations for our memorial day weekend getaway! the pool was amazing and there were so many amenities in the house itself! we had a wonderful 3 days, wish it was longer!

We loved the house. Clean midcentury modern. Well appointed with everything we needed. We did find it a bit windy in Desert Hot Springs vs Palm Springs but if it was warmer it probably wouldn't have been so noticeable. In short we loved our stay there.

Property, details and comfort of the home was amazing. Location and neighborhood was disappointing. The biggest issue for us was the heating of the pool and hot tub. We stay in PS area every year and felt like the pool and hot tub temp and access was very difficult. 4 hours on the hot tub was disappointing a 95 degrees is a luke warm temp. We rather have a higher nightly fee and have control of the outdoor area.

This place was great! Easy access drive in to town and quiet and set out of the way for when you didn't want to be in the hullabaloo. The hosts were amazing and very communicative. The space had a fantastic energy!

The property was very clean, and seemed to have enough kitchen supplies. We didn't cook at all, so I can't really say if anything was missing/needed. We did appreciate, and take advantage of, the coffee bar. The house was an easy drive to Desert Hot Springs and Palm Springs. The only issue we had was a slight misunderstanding about use of the pool. We had paid for heating the pool for 2 days. I assumed that meant that the pool would be heated for those 48 hours, so that if and when we decided to go for a swim the water would be warm. The weather wasn't the greatest, so we didn't swim the 1st day. When we went to get in the water at noon the 2nd day, it was cold. I contacted Mario, and he responded quickly. He said they hadn't turned on the heat, because they didn't see anyone using they pool when they monitored it. He did turn on the heat, but it takes a few hours to warm up - so it never reached that temperature during the time we wanted to use the pool. Like I said, maybe it was a misunderstanding on my part, but I definitely thought the pool would be heated, and ready for our enjoyment, the entire 48 hours we paid for. Mario did give us a partial refund. All in all, it was a nice, clean, convenient place to spend a few days with my husband and 2 adult children.
