The villa can accommodate up to five people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and air conditioning.

One bedroom with a 160 cm bed, bathroom with shower, sink, WC, and air conditioning.

One bedroom with a 160 cm bed and an 80 cm bed, air conditioning.

Additional bathroom and separate WC.

Four ceiling fans: one in the living room, one in the dining area, one in the kitchen, and one in the patio.

Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, Samsung fridge-freezer (American style).
145 cm flat-screen TV with TNT and Netflix, Wi-Fi.
Private pool secured with an alarm.

Panoramic sea view. Quiet location, on the wildest and most beautiful side of the island (Basse-Terre). The stunning Petite Anse beach, "La Perle," is a 5-minute walk and visible from the villa.

Grande Anse beach is 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot via a coastal path.

Commercial facilities (banks, gas stations, grocery stores) about 10 minutes by car. Variety of restaurants within a 15 km radius.

Important: Due to the proximity of the pool, which is central to life at the villa, children under 1.40 m are not allowed for safety reasons.

You have exclusive use of the property.
The number of open bedrooms is adapted to your group: 1 bedroom (1-2 persons), 2 bedrooms (3-4 persons).
Unoccupied bedrooms remain closed and are never rented to third parties.
If you wish to have additional bedrooms beyond this quota, a small surcharge applies (please contact us).
Important: It is mandatory to indicate the exact number of participants when booking.

Special clause: For arrivals and departures on the same day, check-in can only be from 6:00 PM.
