Beautiful view!

We loved our stay. The location was very convenient and the view from the balcony was beautiful! The place was under a little construction but they communicated well with us so it wasn’t a big problem.

Great location

This property has become our hands down favorite for fall break. Beautiful ocean front. Close proximity to great shopping. Unit was very nice and clean with everything in working order that we needed for a great stay.

Memorial Day Holiday Vacation

This property is in a great location. It provides plenty of secure parking. The unit was clean upon arrival and nicely decorated. The staff was very supportive prior to arrival and during our stay, they responded immediately, and their communication was superior in comparison. I thoroughly enjoyed my vacation to Destin. Thanks, and very much appreciated!

Great view

Super comfortable with a great view! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need. Private beach access was fantastic and convenient. We would have appreciated having a few more towels and extra pillow cases for the extra pillows in the closet. Overall very pleased!

Wonderful Location & Beautiful Unit

We loved staying in this unit. The private beach was absolutely beautiful and not crowded at all! We also enjoyed the pool during the evening! Our whole family had plenty of room. It was 95+ outside but the unit stayed very cool, which is appreciated. We also loved the parking lot with plenty of parking space. Very close to the Destin Commons for shopping and also lots of Dining! Overall 9.5/10!

Last minute getaway

My husband and I booked a last minute trip and overall very pleased with our stay. We had minor plumbing issue with downstairs shower draining. But was able to get someone to fix it right away. Beds and furniture were very comfortable.

Incredible Condo Vacation!

I cannot say enough great things about 314A in Crystal Sands! The condo was perfect in every way. It was immaculate, grade A cleanliness and was very well stocked with all the basic necessities. Donna with the management company was amazing! She reached out to us before we arrived to make sure we had our codes and checked on us multiple times during the week to make sure we were having a great vacation! The beach chair service was included with renting the unit as well! We absolutely loved everything about this vacation, and Crystal Sands 314A was the perfect choice for us! Can’t wait to book again! 5 Stars!!!!!

Great Condo

We really enjoyed this condo. We've stayed in several units at Crystal Sands. This one was pretty nice & we had a great time. The one thing we didn't like is the little bedroom with the bunk beds has a harsh bright light & the bottom part of the bunks is actually on the floor. This was our daughter's room & we only found one outlet. SO, to them not girl friendly. Maybe for littles this fine. Didn't spoil our time we adjusted, and we still had a blast. Thankful we had beautiful beach days.

Gorgeous View - Dirty Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The balcony was the best part of this unit. The sofa was old and filthy, the rug in the living room was dirty and smelled. Needs new furniture in Living Room. The bunk beds have sheets on them, but there are no blankets for them to be found. Maybe I missed them. Minimal bath towels, no beach towels. Never walked in bare feet while inside. Baseboards look like they haven't been cleaned in a year or two. Living Room curtains were filthy too.

Location is perfect!

We had a family vacation with adult children. The location was perfect. Just a few steps got you to the beach. The building was quiet and peaceful. There were plenty of dishes in the well stocked kitchen so we didn’t have to wash dishes the entire time. The place could have been cleaner. I dropped something on the floor and looked under the bed and it had not been cleaned in a long time. The baseboards had dirt on them too. The couch needs replaced - but overall the place was cute just needs a good cleaning. The bunk room is extremely small - not sure how all of the beds fit in there. It did not work for the adult kids. Some condos have non-perishable items like salt and pepper. This one has nothing. My last place to stay even had snacks for us as well as full bottles of dish soap and spices. It sure makes the trip more enjoyable when you don’t have to buy $500 worth of staples for the condo. We ran out of toilet paper on the last day and made die with Kleenex so be prepared. For the price of the unit I would not stay in this one again.
