House was plenty spacious for 10 of us and very clean. We had a blast in the heated pool and hot tub. The beach was just a 5 min walk from the front door and bars were about 10 min walk as well.

Everything was perfect. Only pool lights were not fixed until our last day stay.

The house is well kept, had most of everything you will need. Need to replace some kitchen cooking items. The pool and hot tub would have been nice if they were heated as requested. The pool was Luke warm and hot tub never got hot. The entire pool shut off on our second day of four so got very cold. Management never called back.
