Excellent House

We all agreed that this was one of our favorite houses, that we have stayed in, in Destin. Great use of space, nice big bedrooms, awesome pool, and really great location. We will definitely be back.

Very straightforward process for check in and check out. House was perfect for our family get together. Beach was within walking distance and there was plenty to do in the area. Kitchen had plenty of supplies so we were able to use cook wear for large breakfasts and a few dinners. Would rent again

First Family Beach Trip

My husband and in-laws took our 1 year old daughter for her first beach trip. Was happily surprised to see a pool in the backyard that wasn't listed at the time of booking. Unfortunately the water was so hot with the weather being in the high 80s but it was a great view! The location was perfect! Less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Garage had 2 wagons which was perfect to carry our chairs in one and the baby in the other. The house had so much room for all of us, our baby needs complete darkness to sleep so luckily the upstairs masters had a huge closet with a box fan already in it which made a perfect bedroom for her! We had such a great stay!

Please read issues left in guest registration at the home. About the cleanest, lawn week killer left out in garage. Garage was every unorganized. Some sort of hole next to drive way needs to covered. Stepping out of car into hole very unsafe. Home was very nice.

The property was clean but the hot tub could gave been cleaner. It was very cloudy and foaming. The furniture had hair on it from either the cleaning crew or previous renters. All in all it served it purpose. Also some of the blinds were broken to where it stayed down the entire time or slightly open the entire time. Could replace some of the broken utensils too. Internet was not that great. We did check out early but all in all had a great time.

Great house

Parking is a problem and there is a Neighbor who doesn’t like the renters coming there. She complains. A house that sleeps 11 needs to be able to park there cars this was a huge problem. Sign said 4 cars security said 2. Hard to get 11 people in 2 cars. The owner of the house next door was very nice to allow us to park a vehicle in his drivway. Thank you.
