The condo is larger than the photos make it out to be, and the beach is literally right out the back door of the building. I would recommend staying here to anyone I know or anyone that reads this review. It is worth it, we will definitely be back.

Perfect getaway

We were all very impressed with scenic stays. Between the absolute unbeatable view from the hotel room, to the location of the hotel itself, I couldnt recommend this place enough. Our condo was bigger than i thought it was going to be, with 2 bathrooms, plenty of room for our family of 5. The beach and ocean only require walking out of the back door of the hotel, the beach itself was never packed like the public beaches are. We went April 4th-8th, the water was perfectly clear, the sand was white, soft, cool. We had zero issues checking in or out, the staff was friendly, the overall trip was amazing. We will be booking Sun Destin with Scenic Stays over and over, it doesnt get any better.

The condo appearance was as expected from the listing. The space suited our family. However, there is no washer and dryer in the unit which could have just been an oversight on my part when booking. There is a washer/dryer available on each floor operated by quarters. The elevators were very busy and some were out of service on a few different occasions. The on site convenience store was nice. Employees each time we went in were teenagers and they were all VERY friendly and polite. Same can be said about the staff in the restaurant. Overall great experience on this property. For us personally, having a washer and dryer is a preferred amenity when we travel with or kids.

Great stay

Went for our honeymoon and it was beautiful. Great stay: very clean in all areas. Someone was always cleaning the lobby etc. A few nights in we had some very loud neighbors and I spoke to the front desk about it and the lady handled it and was very peaceful stay. Highly recommend.

Location was fantastic, front desk was friendly and quick to get us checked-in and out. Nice gift shop on property. Loved the ocean view and access to the beautiful beach. Condo is definitely showing wear/age. That being said we felt it was clean and comfortable for our stay with three kids and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Picture Perfect!

Flawless stay! The condo was very clean, beautiful views and great location…close to everything. The gift shop ladies were great…funny and sweet, we really enjoyed them. Beds were comfy, kitchen was great and having the option to do laundry on our floor was beneficial too! Brighter lights in the bathrooms would be the only thing that would’ve made it even better but having two bathrooms was a bonus! Thanks for everything SunDestin
