Slightly dated furniture. No instructions were left for us upon checkout. We took out trash and cleaned up a little. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and in a good location!

The property is older but you can tell it’s being updated. The property was clean and the entire environment was very good everyone was extremely friendly. The bathrooms were always clean and the entire stay was comfortable. We were very happy with the location. Can’t wait to come back.

Right on the beach

The unit is on the 17th floor with amazing views. I would recommend bringing bedroom shoes to wear while in the condo unless you’re ok with sandy feet. Previous guests have left chairs and some beach toys for kids, which was nice. Our child enjoyed sleeping on the bunk beds. We cooked some while we were there and the unit had pretty much everything you would need in the form of pots, pans, and utensils. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would recommend staying at the resort.

The weather stripping on front door needs replacing. Sounded like a wind tunnel all the time. Wi-Fi was spotty. Would have liked access to local tv. Other than that it was a great stay !

We were amazed by the view and access to the beach!

Our family of 6 stayed very comfortably in this condo. The decor was updated and new, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was full of all the utensils needed to eat and cook our own food and the bathroom was full of towels. The unit was very clean. There were boogie boards and beach chairs and access to Disney+ which the kids really enjoyed after we were done with the beach. The location was excellent and there was easy access to all of the attractions that Destin has to offer. Even with all the amenities the absolute cherry on the top of all of it was the breathtaking view of the ocean and the white sand, the unit is high enough to see the beach but not hear of the people. Would love to come back and stay longer!

Great location

SunDestin is in a great location. Private beach access, however if you use the beach service and get front row other guests will sit directly in front of you with their own chairs so something to think about. There is a restaurant on site that we ate at once due to the service. One person took our drink and appetizer order, another person took our food order, we didn’t get any of it for half an hour and had to say something as we watched people at the bar drink multiple drinks before we received ours, food was amazing though. A housekeeper getting off of the elevator didn’t bother holding the elevator door for my family so we had to wait another 5 minutes because one elevator was out of service and only 3 operating. I think our unit may have black mold growing on the ceiling in the kitchen and dining areas, unfortunately didn’t notice until last day. The couches were not comfortable so we didn’t really use them. The floor was filthy. I put toddler down when we got there and when I picked him up his feet were black. We wore shoes around the place at all times. Other than that it was a place on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf.

Excellent view of beach and ocean, but….

There was an excellent view of the beach and ocean, but I have to say that the hot water only lasted a few minutes. The listing says sleeps 6 but there was not enough hot water for one person to take a shower let alone 6. Furthermore, the master bedroom king mattress was very uncomfortable.

Incredible Vacation Spot

The condo was clean and beautiful with an INCREDIBLE VIEW. Im not over-stating when I say the view is nothing short of stunning. This property was perfect for my vacation with my wife, and the condo even has a convenience store with a restraunt. This spot is a gem and somewhere we will be coming back to whenever we can!

Spring Break Family Vacation

The view and convenience of the property were amazing if you want to be beachfront! Interior and furnishings were okay, nothing too fancy but with kids that’s just fine. Bonus trundle bed pull out underneath the bunk beds allowed all 3 kids to sleep close together. Beach toys and chairs in the closet saved us some cash. Would have liked some basic cleaning supplies to tidy up after meals. Do not recommend the resort restaurant at all. Plenty of local places to try.

Great place

We loved this location. We had an option to extend our stay and took advantage of it! We saw dolphins swim by every morning plus all other types of marine activity. You see Lot from the 17th floor! Down side, we didn't know the kiddie area outside was going to be closed when we booked (it was a draw with a toddler) and the restaurant had limited hours and was closed 3 of the days. Our kitchen had everything we needed though for stay in nights! We plan on being back!
