Perfect family vacation!

It’s right in front of the beautiful beach, and we’re able to get out to beach from the back patio, and also to the swimming pool. Bank beds are perfect for kids that don’t need much privacy. We had two friends there but it was a little awkward to have them in the bank beds. Everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely go back to this place.

Nice place, Great Location

Perfect location.....very easy walk to beach with lifeguard. Right by pool & hose to clean off sand from the beach, but enjoyed back deck being set back in the corner with landscaping between the walking path & pool to provide some privacy. Would be nice if decks had ceiling fans. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Blender works but not great. Hooks in bathroom & on bedroom door but would be nice to have a drying rack for bathing suits. As expected from a gound level unit, there was some noise from units. Appreciated the beach service provided. Really enjoyed our stay!

Don’t recommend

Floors turned feet and socks black like they haven’t been mopped in ages. 2 separate times someone pooped in community pool. Neighbors were all loud and partied hours past quiet time. I’ve stayed at many vrbo rentals and this was probably the worst. The ease of getting the beach was nice. Having beach service was nice as well and saved money. Other than that I don’t recommend this condo.

Anniversary trip

We enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at Grand Caribbean East several times in different condos. This was our first time to stay ground level. We enjoyed the close proximity to the pool and hot tub! This facility boasts only a short walk of a minute or less to the beach! You really can’t ask for more! This condo had all the amenities we needed! We would definitely stay here again!
