“Farida is an awesome host. Part Host, part Guide, part Concierge and a little bit Mother all rolled into one. She truly wants your experience to be the best and is easily available to get ideas and suggestions from.The Unit its self is clean and in fairly good shape. No serious issues. Frankly it is a great deal, especially if your a group of three or four!I fully recommend it!”

“Everything is good 👍”

“1. Several items missing on arrival: towels, rubbish bin, soap, toilet paper, coat hangers. 2. Toilet did not flush properly and was not fixed during stay. 3. Flat was not cleaned and rubbish not taken away. 4. Unable to gain access on day of arrival as nobody on duty despite being notified of late arrival. 5. TV was only connected on last day. 6. Some lights not working and were not fixed.”

“I had a great stay at Greenland Apartment Hotel in Kigali. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was smooth during my visit. The apartment is clean, secure, and in a very safe area, with restaurants, amenities, and downtown all within walking distance. A special shout-out to Diane Mugabekazi, who cleaned our room—she is amazing, friendly, caring, and always willing to help. I also had an issue with a noisy guest who disturbed us three mornings in a row at 6 am, but Diane……
