“I cannot highly recommend this property enough so this review won’t do it justice. It’s perfectly located and central in the old town of the city, with bars and restaurants a stones throw away. We loved the space of the apartment and the general feel being in an old character building with high ceilings and French balconies with lovely views of the street below. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you would need, including a washing machine! The host on reception was on hand if you had any……

“Je suis revenue dans cet hôtel après une première impression favorable l'année dernière .. mais cette année tout a changé .. aucun ménage pendant les 15 jours de notre séjour .. nous avons entretenu nous même ..aucun changement de serviettes de toilettes , ni de draps .. J'ai dû demandé à une femme de ménage 2 rouleaux de papier toilette car il n'y en avait plus .Etant des personnes discrètes , n'aimant pas les histoires , mon mari et moi n'avons rien dit .. mais nous ne reviendrons pas ..……

“The suite itself was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bed. The only slightly inconvenient thing is that the bathroom is not fully enclosed and directly in the bedroom so it’s not very private lol The location is great. If you come by car, you must reserve a garage parking for 23 euros in an adjacent building. We had a bit of difficulty at the check in. There was no one at the reception as the receptionist apparently works between 2 buildings. Our unit door code……

“The property was small, cozy, clean and tidy with most necessary facilities Communication with the Sue via WhatsApp worked really well with very prompt responses.The air-conditioning came in very handy.Shame the property isn't closer to local amenities but I knew that when I booked it.Extremely good value for money.It was a shame there was no awning at the front of the property it was far too uncomfortable to sit in the direct sun in the afternoons.”

“Zentrale Lage und trotz der Restaurants auf der direkt anliegenden Plaza nicht nervig, sondern kurze Wege zum Stadtstrand, Altstadt, Museen und Bars/Cafes. Wohnung großzügig, digitaler Check-Inn und Kommunikation prima. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge Bei längerem Aufenthalt (wir waren 10 Tage dort) etwas mehr Reinigungsmittel bereitstellen und die Couch sollte raus oder erneuert werden (so durch, dass nicht wirklich nutzbar. Insgesamt aber ein guter Urlaub in einer tollen Stadt.”

“Great location. Spacious. Will definitely rent again. Didn’t care for the thin/noisy bunk bed mattresses; ended up sleeping on the pullout sofa. Came back one evening and security door was wide open. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Could have used a guide for the washer/dryer unit.”

“L’accueil est au top ! L’équipe est hyper serviable et super agréable. Merci à eux L’emplacement au centre ville est un must et en plus hyper au calme ce qui n’est pas simple à Alicante. L’appartement 2.1 est hyper grand et très fonctionnel”
