「Lovely room 」

「此間原訂公寓有電梯但無洗衣設備，入住當日被告知電梯故障，更換至另一公寓，離古城更近且有電梯及洗衣設備，裝潢簡約新穎乾淨，空間寬敞舒適。」

「白色的现代装修风格，各种家电齐全，女接待员热情友好，房间很温馨，干净！自己出来旅行或者情侣出来都很适合。周围有个很大购物中心走到古城也是十分钟吧。价格还很合理。」

「酒店就在塔林舊城區，樓下就是聖誕市集，位置太好了。酒店是民宿形式，自助入住，有洗衣機，有廚房，客廳，浴室非常大，而且有桑拿，超正」

「Fantastic apartment located right in the center, clean and tidy and well equipped for a short break. Difficult to gain entry after reception had closed, no access to courtyard to get to key box, had to seek help from neighbouring restaurant. Disappointed to not have sofa bed made up ready to sleep when arriving late. 」

「Incredible property for the price with all the amenities you could need. Felt like home but on holiday, its also 1 bus and a small walk away from the old town!」

「Large, clean room. Dining and shops very close by. Excellent location in the center of Windsor. No elevator, stairs only. Great communication with property. 」

「Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.」
