“This is my second time to this hotel. The first time was 7 years ago and it was very good. But this time it was very bad, no internet, no cell phone signal. Also, you could cook in the apartment before, but now there is nothing, the kitchen is just for decoration.”

“El precio es aceptable, sin embargo por ese precio creo que hay algunas opciones mejores en la zona. Al llegar nos recibió el encargado, un proceso de check in sencillo, sin tanto protocolo. El lugar y entorno es 10/10, muy lindo, me gustó que al no ser un hotel convencional hay mucha privacidad, las villas están ubicadas al rededor de la piscina y hay acceso fácil desde cada una. Lo que no me gustó, No hay restaurante disponible, así que hay que salir a los pinos a buscar comida y llevar ya……

The host was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. The only issue we experienced was a temporary loss of water pressure, which later turned into a complete water outage. However, as soon as we notified the host, they acted very quickly and resolved the problem fast. We really appreciated how efficiently……
