“I took my 15 year old son and four of his buddies for a two night getaway. The property was beautiful and the spacious open layout of the house was perfect for the six of us. The boys had an absolute blast swimming, fishing, kayaking, and hanging out by the fire pit. Despite constant swimming, they still managed to catch some bass and catfish! One last thing…it was great to be in total seclusion and not have to worry about the boys being too loud; however, there was a Dollar General and gas……

“My wife and I wanted to explore a few attractions in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area over a 4-day weekend, and found this house to be centrally located. It was clean, well-kept, and was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for us and also would have been great for a family, a friend group, etc. Off-street parking was also appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!”

“Check in was easy, enjoyed having the private garage since we ended getting a rental car. Only minor areas of improvement were around laundry and cleanliness. There was a sock and belt left in one of the closets, I assume by the previous customers. All towels in both bathrooms had been cleaned but not fully dried. They were all still damp and required further drying before use. ”
