"Everything was great! Someone from the hotel called me the morning of my arrival to see what time they could pick me up. They were there at Pickup about 5 minutes after I cleared customs. The room was spotless and in a great location. I would absolutely stay there again! "

"Beautiful property and wide range of dining options and activities available. The variety and quality of the dining experiences, along with the numerous activities, made my stay enjoyable. The rooms were another highlight - spacious, clean, and comfortable. I used the fitness centre during my stay, and while it was adequate, I felt it could benefit from being larger and having more equipment. It was fine when not too many people were using it, but it felt cramped during busier periods. I have a suggestion regarding the lounge chairs by the pool. I noticed many chairs were left reserved for extended periods without anyone using them. Implementing a policy allowing people 30 minutes to return to their lounge chairs would be beneficial. This way, more guests could enjoy the pool area, and chairs wouldn't remain empty for long periods. "
