"Very attractive property with superb views over the valley. Great location for a relaxing retreat but well placed to visit the many attractions. The house is really well equipped and comfortable. The garden was lovely and the pool would be a great asset after a hot day out. Our host was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to visit and where to eat. We really enjoyed our visit to the Pool House and to the area."

"Stayed for 5 days with my son and one of his friends while attending a competition in Braga. Fit, finish and cleanliness of the villa were all excellent, the gardens were immaculate and the pool was large enough for two teenage boys not to feel constrained. "Not enough stars to give this property, a clear 100%. It is in immaculate condition, owners greeted us and super helpful. They were nearby but did not intrude. Ground floor cinema was a win in the evening but there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Pool area was beautiful, bathrooms inside were spotless, I could go on all day. AMAZING PROPERTY AND LOCATION, IS A MUST VISIT!"

"Eduardo was an amazing host. He kept in contact leading up to our trip and offered directions and suggestions to help us with our travels. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. Our kids were in the pool every day and enjoyed the size of the house and rooms. One of few houses in the area with a pool it was an ideal base for our trips into braga and not too far from the beach in the opposite direction"

"Lovely place to stay on the edge of the National Park. We were here for 3 nights to explore the National Park. It was a lovely place to explore. Didn't use the house much to be honest, as we were out walking all day. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of cooking equipment and crockery. Shower was nice and warm. Host was lovely, approachable and welcoming. Thank you."

"Lovely outdoor space and facilities. Location a bit of a challenge for our age group (70s) but we managed quite well. Maria was very helpful and the neighbours also helped make the visit special."

"House is in an unusual neighborhood and was very difficult to find because hand-drawn maps were hard to understand and were in French. Owners are absentee landlords living in France and did not communicate on WhatsApp, as I requested. Tried by email, but owner always used French, not my language! No soap, shampoo, napkins, paper towels, condiments, coffee or tea provided. That being said, place was very clean, spacious (could easily handle 6 people) and beautiful, a few km from beautiful beach....

"Lovely spacious villa with plenty of room for 10-12 people, and lots of dining and sitting space inside, and outdoor space. It was very warm during our stay, and as the villa doesn't have air conditioning it did get warm inside. Some more fans would be useful, as opening windows does increase outside noise.
